About me KEVIN BEES

I have been driving profit maximization for over 20 years. As a successful business and financial executive, I have been trusted by some of the world’s largest organisations with profitability turnaround, cash flow maximisation, team leadership, and organisational change.

During my time in big business, I have coordinated a €1.3B work share bid; oversaw 650 team members in 2 countries, and delivered over $5m in annualised operational savings.

I finished in the top 1% of my business school & I have been recognized as a ‘Fellow’ of CGMA for my strategic expertise.

After leaving the world of big business, I became a business advisor & trainer; and in my first year I was awarded ‘Best Group Training; APAC’. I have had the honor of presenting to thousands of business owners in Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Hong Kong, Israel, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, and the UK. My podcast has been listened to over 35,000 times; it has life-changing content that I created with my network of world-class experts, Presidential Advisors, NYT Best Selling Authors, Entrepreneurs and many more.

Early in my career, I realized that the bottleneck to the growth of any business is the psychology of the business owner/leader. On some level, all business problems are personal problems in disguise. I have become advanced in creating lasting change, and influencing teams, I have been trusted by Tony Robbins to coach his top clients and to present at Tony Robbins ‘Date With Destiny’ Event on several occasions.

I have a beautiful wife, and two gorgeous girls under the age of 5. My business is designed so that I can spend quality time with my family every day, have the freedom to travel and live/work where I want.

Beyond that, I have run many marathons, the most challenging was on the Great Wall of China, and the latest one (London Marathon) got me into the Guinness World Record’s for the most runners to run a remote marathon in 24 hours!
